Tiles of the Unexpected 2

Play Tiles of the Unexpected 2, an updated remake of the original Gorillaz game Tiles of the Unexpected. With enhanced graphics, the Classic 3-level game mode, and a brand new Time Attack mode!

Tap the tile combinations to create chain reaction and earn bombs. You’ll need to clear every last tile to complete the levels.

How to play Tiles of the Unexpected 2?

To remove tiles, tap on any group of 2 or more of the same ones. Those tiles will disappear, revealing more tiles underneath. The tiles are stacked in two layers. 

If you clear both layers, this will create a gap. Surrounding tiles will slide down to fill the gap. If this results in any more combinations, those will vanish as well. You’ll also earn extra points and bombs. 

Using Bombs

You’ll need these bombs later in the game. When no more tiles can be matched, the game automatically switches to Bomb Mode. Tap any tile to blow it up, using 1 bomb. Your bomb count can be seen on the left side of the screen.

Classic Mode

The classic game mode has 3 levels. Each time you clear a level, a new type of tile will be added, making it more difficult to create new combinations. Save up as many bombs as you can in the first levels, because the last level is a tough one.

Time Attack

In this game mode, it takes longer for new tiles to be added, so you can collect a larger supply of bombs. Above the board, you see your fortress and health points. 

Tiles will appear on the right and slide slowly toward your fortress. Clear this tile from the board until you break the one approaching you. If you can’t break it on time, your fortress will take damage.
