How to play Donuts: Sara’s Cooking Class?

First, find the items you need in Sara’s kitchen. Tap on the cupboards and the fridge to open the doors and look inside. Tap on the items you need and place them on the counter to get started.

1. First, you’ll learn how to make the dough. Mix the ingredients and then roll out the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness on a cutting board. Use a donut cutter to press perfect donut shapes into the dough.
2. Next, fry the donuts in the deep fryer. Turn the donuts over when they rise to the top, so that both sides turn a light golden brown. The ideal temperature for the oil is around 370°F (190°C). You want the dough to be done, but don’t over-fry them! 
3. The donut glaze is easy to make. Melt some butter and chocolate in a pan. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and some water. Your chocolate glaze should be easy to pour over the donuts, but not too runny.

Your freshly-made old fashioned donuts are ready to serve! (If you don’t want to eat all of them right away, it’s best to freeze the rest.)

• Tip: You can try making other glazes for your donuts, too. For example, for a classic sugar glaze, mix about 2 cups of confectioner’s sugar with 1/3 cup of whole milk (or cream) and add a drop of vanilla extract. Or mix a cup of confectioner’s sugar with some lemon juice to make a sweet lemon glaze.
