Churros are a sweet snack from Spain and Portugal. They’re made of choux pastry fried in hot oil. Usually, a star-shaped tip is used for the piping bag, giving the churros their distinctive shape.

These churros come with a chocolate sauce, and are rolled in a mixture of cinnamon sugar for extra sweetness and flavour.

How to play Churros: Sara’s Cooking Class?

This Sara’s Cooking Class game has a learning mode and an exam mode. Play the learning mode first to learn how to make the churros. Sara will show you step by step how to make the pastry, fry the churros, and make the sauce.

When you’re ready, you can test your skills in the exam mode. See if you can remember the steps without Sara’s help.

This game is divided into six steps:

1. First, prepare the flour mixture with some water, flour, salt and butter.
2. Next, make the dough by adding the eggs. Add them one at a time and stir the mixture until it’s smooth.
3. Then, make the cinnamon mixture. You’ll roll the churros in this sugar mixture after you’ve fried them.
4. The next step is frying the churros in hot oil. Be very careful when you do this. Toss the fried churros in the cinnamon and sugar mixture to coat them.
5. In a small pan, you can make the chocolate sauce to go with the churros.
6. Serve the churros on a plate and pour the chocolate dip in a small cup.
