How to play Real Estate Tycoon?

You’ll start off with a modest apartment building with just one room. Furnish it with the most basic necessities and welcome your first tenant! The more you upgrade the room, the higher the hourly rent you’ll collect. 

Save up cash and build new apartments to move in more people! Each tenant has their own needs, so check in with them and make necessary improvements to create a happy community.

Spruce up the neighborhood

To increase the value of your property, make sure the neighborhood has the things your tenants want most. Build a cafe where they can dine, a gym where they can exercise, or a swimming pool where they can kick back and relax after a long day. Hire some staff for each building and upgrade the equipment to increase the rating of your neighbourhood and your tenants’ quality of life.

Complete tasks for extra cash

At the top of the screen, you can see the tasks you can carry out to earn extra cash. Here, you can also see your neighborhood’s rating, which will increase with each upgrade you make. Keep building - unlock all available upgrades and save enough money to invest in new, luxurious apartment buildings!

Tips:

When tenants move out, their rooms will need cleaning. The café, gym, and pool also get dirty from time to time. Keep an eye out for broom icons and click on them quickly, because the tenants won’t go into a dirty room or building!
