Dino Game

Dino Game is a multiplayer remake of the original Chrome Dino Game from 2014. This game, originally in black and white, would appear when there was no internet available. 

In this color version , you can play with up to three players (by sharing the keyboard). Next to the original T-Rex, you can also unlock several other dinosaurs by scoring points.

How to play Dino Game?

The dinosaur will start running automatically. You have to jump over obstacles like cacti and pterodactyls. You gain 1 point for every obstacle you dodge. 

Scoring a certain number of points on a single run allows you to unlock different dinosaurs via the main menu.

You can also select whether you want to play solo, or switch to the 2-player and 3-player mode.

Game Controls

Player 1:

• W or Up Arrow = Jump
• A and D = Select dinosaur in the dino menu

Player 2:

• U or Up Arrow = Jump (in 2-player mode only)
• H and K = Select dinosaur in the dino menu

Player 3:

• Up Arrow = Jump
• Left and Right Arrows = Select dinosaur in the dino menu

Differences with the original Dino Game

The original game was introduced as an easter egg. It was sometimes also called the Dinosaur Game, the T-Rex Game, or Dino Run. 

This version is slightly harder than the original, because the dinosaur doesn’t jump as high. On the other hand, you can keep playing for longer, since the game speeds up, but not as quickly as the original does. The surroundings will switch between day and night mode as you keep playing.
