Move the items to the counter to start cooking. The first thing you’ll need to do is cut the vegetables. Place them on the cutting board, and use the knife to chop them up.

Next, put the right ingredients in the pan to make the filling for the empanadas. Add them in the right order, and season them with pepper and salt.

After that, you can learn how to make the dough. Once the dough is ready, you can flatten the little dough balls with the rolling pin, and scoop some of the filling on top. Close the empanadas, and press the edges shut with a fork.

Lastly, you can fry your empanadas in a pan of oil. Turn them over so that they become golden brown on both sides. You can serve them with zesty and slightly spicy chimichurri sauce. Hmm, delicious!
